The WYRM roadmap

UK MEP is the starting point.

Launch agentic MEP for UK building services teams, then extend the engineering workspace to structural, civil and architectural work.

International standards will be incorporated as WYRM expands into further markets, connecting local design requirements to the same drawings, calculations and documents.

  1. 01

    Current · UK pilots

    MEP with engineering teams.

Initial pilot cohort already on board.

The current focus is the UK MEP workflow: document production, live Revit model updates, thermal modelling, specifications, schedules and Drawing Studio. Room detection, load assessments and coordination bring the engineering back to the drawing.

  2. 02

    Next · UK launch

Launch WYRM MEP across the UK.

Move from the initial pilot cohort to the wider UK launch, carrying practical project feedback into the product. The focus remains building services design, engineering review and the documents teams need to deliver a project.

  3. 03

Planned · After UK MEP launch

Bring the other disciplines into the project.

Once MEP is live and launched in the UK, the roadmap moves into structural, civil and architectural workflows.

    Structural engineering
Extend the workflow to structural analysis, design calculations and coordination between the structure and building services.
    Civil engineering
Bring site infrastructure, drainage and external works into the wider engineering and coordination process.
    Architecture
Connect spaces, layouts and building information with the engineering decisions that shape the design.
  4. 04

    Planned · International expansion

    Incorporate international standards.

Extend beyond the UK with regional design standards, codes and local requirements. The expansion will cover the calculation methods, checking rules and documentation needed for each market, so the project location informs the engineering.
