Develop the water services
Calculate hot and cold water demand and size the distribution against velocity and pressure requirements. Use the supply conditions and manufacturer equipment data to develop the design, then draw the sized pipework into the coordinated layout.
Coordinate pipework and drainage
Review the routes, levels and connection requirements in the context of the building. Coordinate drainage falls, access and interfaces with structure and other services as the design develops.
Prepare the deliverables
Carry the reviewed selections and design values into schedules, specifications and drawing information. Where a check raises an issue, review the proposed pipework or arrangement change and its consequences.
