Room detection and agent assistance
Automatic and agentic room detection are part of the Drawing Studio pilot workflow. Review the room boundaries and intended use, confirm the information needed for design, and resolve uncertain areas before they feed the calculations.
Assess occupancy and loads
Calculate the room requirements from its geometry, use, occupancy and equipment. Bring heating and cooling, ventilation, water demand, lighting and electrical loads together, with deterministic calculations providing the basis for sizing the services.
Coordinate the services
WYRM draws the calculated services into the plan and coordinates their routes through the building. Use manufacturer dimensions, connection points and maintenance clearances alongside the sized ducts, pipes and equipment. Review conflicts, apply the selected correction and update the associated schedules and specification.
