WYRM MEP and WYRM Data are the revenue drivers: £20/seat to get started, £150/seat for the full product with metered drawing automation on top, or £250/seat for both as the WYRM Engineering bundle — a £50 saving. WYRM Procure, Ledger, Cyber and Legal are add-on modules from £19/month. WYRM Healthcare is a standalone NHS engagement, priced separately.

WYRM Engineering pairs the two revenue-driver products — WYRM MEP and WYRM Data — on a single seat for £250/seat/month, instead of £300 if bought separately. You get the full agentic MEP studio (auto spec + schedule generation, the Project Terminal, deterministic calc engines, QA gates) and the WYRM Data intelligence-and-spec layer it's built on (rack/plant spec, Revit populator, pipework routing), with one shared metered drawing-automation allowance across both. Minimum 5-seat team licence.
How does WYRM MEP pricing work?
Two tiers. MEP Advisor at £20/seat/month is the engineering Q&A surface — ask building-services questions and get cited, confidence-scored answers from WYRM's deterministic standards repository. WYRM MEP at £150/seat/month is the full agentic studio: it auto-generates specifications and schedules, checks them against each other, runs the Project Terminal change-cascade, and drives the deterministic calc engines. Automatic drawing population (Revit / AutoCAD write-back) is billed as metered usage on top. Minimum 5-seat team licence, as in the pilot model.
What changed about WYRM Data pricing?
WYRM Data is now priced in lockstep with WYRM MEP — it's effectively the same engineering substrate sold as a standalone product. Data Lite is £20/seat/month (spec racks, browse the intelligence layer, gauge your usage). WYRM Data is £150/seat/month with metered drawing automation on top (Revit plantroom populator, clash-free pipework routing). Get both as the WYRM Engineering bundle for £250/seat and save £50.
Can I buy the add-on modules individually?
Yes. WYRM Procure, Ledger, Cyber and Legal are sold individually at £19/month Pro and £49/month Enterprise. They're complementary add-ons to the engineering products, not part of the Engineering bundle. Mix and match whatever you need — entitlement is enforced per-module.
Where did the £199 Access bundle go?
Retired. WYRM's focus is the engineering products — MEP and Data — so the only bundle now is WYRM Engineering (£250/seat for both). The other modules are sold individually as add-ons. If you were on WYRM Access, contact us and we'll map you onto the equivalent individual modules.
What about WYRM Healthcare?
WYRM Healthcare is a completely separate, standalone NHS-grade line — Compass, Migrate and Manage — provisioned per engagement under its own clinical-safety substrate, bespoke to each contract with a dedicated go-live director. It is not an add-on and is not part of any bundle.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions run through LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. LS handles UK + EU VAT and US sales tax automatically. Annual billing is available with a discount; contact sales for the rate. All prices are monthly and per seat, ex-VAT for B2B EU buyers (LS adds VAT at checkout based on your billing country). Metered drawing-automation usage is billed monthly in arrears above the included allowance.
What's the cancellation policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts. Annual subscribers can downgrade at renewal.
