What counts as an agentic decision?
A single /decide API call, dashboard search, or MCP query. Each one fans out to our 7+ specialised agents in parallel and returns a ranked procurement answer. Re-runs of the same query within 24 hours are served from cache and do not count against your quota.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle. There is no long-term contract on Starter or Pro tiers.
What sanctions regimes are supported?
Starter covers UK OFSI and EU consolidated. Pro adds US OFAC and UN Security Council lists. Enterprise supports custom sanctions watchlists — useful for organisations operating under bespoke export control regimes or internal no-trade lists.
How does the MCP server work?
Pro and Enterprise tiers include Model Context Protocol access. Your AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or any MCP-compatible client — can query the full Supply-Root engine directly. Buyers can ask procurement questions inside their existing AI workflow and get the same ranked answer the dashboard would return.
What are Situational Analysis simulations?
Available on Pro and Enterprise tiers. Simulate shocks against your active basket — a Suez closure, sanctions expansion, CBAM tightening, or 20% commodity move — and see the projected impact on every origin, route, and supplier you currently use. Evidence-based agentic forecasting, not speculation.
Is there an on-premise deployment option?
Enterprise tier includes on-premise deployment for organisations with data residency or security requirements. You run the full agentic stack inside your own infrastructure while still receiving model updates from the WYRM team.
How are CO₂ scores calculated?
Lifecycle CO₂ combines production emissions (country grid-carbon intensity × commodity-specific manufacturing factor) with transport emissions (mode × distance). All tiers produce CBAM-ready A-E ratings. Enterprise tier can tune the methodology to your internal carbon accounting framework.
Is there any transaction-based fee?
Subscription tiers carry no transaction fees. Buyers who opt into the Connect tier (where Supply-Root facilitates the actual procurement transaction) pay a 1% facilitation fee in lieu of intermediary broker costs. Connect is optional. Government buyers can substitute a fixed quarterly managed-services fee to align with public procurement guidance.
